Special Events & Workshops

Starting Monday, 21st October, I’m excited to be covering Alison’s classes at The Zen Space, giving you the chance to join me for longer sessions until the Christmas break. 

This is a temporary arrangement while Alison recovers, so if you're looking to deepen your practice with more time on the mat, these classes are for you!

Class Schedule:

• Mondays: 7:35 PM – 9:00 PM

• Tuesdays: 6:00 PM – 7:25 PM

• Fridays: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Pricing Options:

• 4-Class Package: £40 (to be used within 6 weeks)

• Pay-as-you-go: £12 per class
