Cancellation for Class/Classes

If a notification is made 24 hours before the class/es a refund may be made minus the 10% of the class/es plus booking fees (if applicable) Or, you may be able to transfer to an another class.

If less then 24 hours before the start time of the Class/Classes, no refund will be given.

Cancellation for Workshop, Special Events or Courses

 If a notification is made 72 hours before the Workshop, Special Events or Courses a refund may be made minus the 10% of the Workshop, Special Events or Courses plus booking fees (if applicable) Or, you may be able to transfer to an another class.

If less then 72 hours before the start time of the Workshop, Special Events or Courses no refund will be given.

Please contact me to let me know as I’m willing to look at this on a case-by-case basis I may be able to look at options with you i.e. you may be able to gift the spot to a friend or family member or defer the class to transfer to another class.

If I’m able to fill up the space, I am always happy to forward your payment to the other session or refund minus the 10% of the total cost and booking fees (if applicable)

Cancellation for Private Tuition

If a notification is made 72 hours before the private tuition a refund may be made minus the 10% of the private tuition plus booking fees (if applicable) Or, you may be able to transfer to another session.

If a notification is made 12 - 72 hours before the Private Tuition a refund may be made minus the 25% of the private tuition booking fees (if applicable) Or, you may be able to transfer to another session.

If less than 12 hours before the start time of the private tuition, no refund will be given, and the session is lost.
